Digital Marketing Manager

Full Time

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for our clients’ e-commerce & marketing success. You’ll work on multiple projects simultaneously, operating in close contact with client representatives to help optimize their complete customer journey.

You’ll advise on how to attract new traffic through a variety of paid and organic channels, and you’ll advise, recommend, and optimize digital marketing performance to improve conversion, average order rates, and lifetime value.

The ideal candidate is comfortable implementing and managing marketing automation and has some experience running data-driven optimization experiments. You can analyze results, report on the outcomes, and instigate new processes that will create substantial growth for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the whole performance strategy & execution of the department
  • Define, develop, and deploy SEM and paid social best practice
  • Own Orius performance marketing department offerings & performance
  • Develop result driven & improvise Orius capabilities in the area
  • Develop result-driven SOPs/Documentation/Playbook/Process in the area
  • Plan, Strat and execute all campaigns (While we hiring other specific roles)
  • Develop a structured training plan for juniors, newcomers, and other team members who would like to learn.
  • A/B Testing
  • Mentor & monitor team members.
  • Help in business development and pitches
  • Meet with clients to answer their questions on implementation and propose strategies for optimization
  • Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors activities, and best practice
  • Provide actionable insights whilst always having the client’s business objectives top of mind
  • Generate and visualize pre, mid and post-campaign reports
  • Work with client servicing, creative & sales team to develop digital marketing strategies for existing clients and potential clients.
  • Work with team members in developing strategic approaches for proposals, covering aspects such as campaign planning, communication, and media buy recommendations.
  • Understanding client needs, requirements, and project constraints (schedule/scope/resources) and interpreting them for the internal teams.
  • Ongoing client guidance to ensure their increased understanding of digital strategies, processes, and workflows. Including the overall Orius Digital approach.
  • Lead, strategize and implement Orius digital marketing campaign. (Lead Generation)
  • Important data to improve across all clients : AOV, LTV, ROAS, Loyalty & Retention Rate, Ad Spent.
  • Weekly, Monthly Reporting across all accounts

Requirements

The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and has good acquisition skills. The successful candidate is an experienced digital marketer with an interest in eCommerce Direct to consumer brands (DTC).

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and more than 3 years of experience in digital marketing either in-house or at an advertising or media agency
    • Demonstrate experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, marketing database display advertising, and other platform campaigns
    • Independent, creative thinker who thrives in a demanding fast-paced environment
    • Experience in managing user funnels and A/B testing correctly
    • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytic tools
    • Experience with Shopify & or other eCommerce platforms.
