We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven eCommerce Strategist to join our Strategy team and help drive measurable growth for our D2C clients. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on uncovering insights, shaping strategic direction, and optimizing online store performance—particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.
You’ll work across multidisciplinary teams including UX, Design, and Development, delivering actionable recommendations based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis. This role is ideal for someone who understands the D2C landscape, is fluent in eCommerce analytics, and is eager to level up alongside experienced strategists in a fast-paced agency environment.
Analyze website performance using GA4, Shopify, and behavioral tools to identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support strategic recommendations.
Deliver strategic outputs such as CRO audits, roadmap inputs, and competitive analyses.
Create and present insight-driven reports using templates in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Participate in customer research including surveys, interviews, and user testing.
Support senior strategists in long-term planning, prioritization, and experience evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape store strategy and improve conversion funnels.
Occasionally assist with UX activities like wireframing or interface feedback.
Build strong client relationships by translating data into actionable growth strategies.
