The Performance Marketing Specialist, is responsible for working within the Performance Marketing team to ensure that all client accounts managed by him/her have a robust commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of the client and of Orius Digital.
Digital Campaign Management (performance metrics):
Plan, design and execute digital campaigns in various channels including (but not limited to) Facebook Ads, Google Ads, EDM, Email Automation.
Investment management of allocated digital marketing budget focusing on Return of Investment. (Revenue, conversions, leads etc).
Work and ideate with other departments (Creatives, Strategy) to explore various methods to grow and optimize funnels of traffic.
Analyze digital data and metrics to draw key recommendations towards result optimization (with tools such as but not limited to Google Data Studio).
Manage and maintain digital dashboards of several different accounts.
Conduct digital audits to ensure practices being used are optimized towards growing key metrics.
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
Ensure reporting of all projects are submitted in a timely manner: with clear contents, a neat format, & transparency in works done.
Marketing & New Business
Assist in driving business development and pitches.
Work together with seniors in developing strategic approaches for proposals, covering aspects such as campaign planning, communication and media buy recommendations.
Acts as a day-to-day client contact; corresponding on deliverables and timelines, including implementation, executions and insights.
To acquire in-depth knowledge of client business, the industry landscape and the challenges faced.
Understanding client needs, requirements and project constraints (schedule/scope/resources) and interpreting them for the internal teams.
Manage client’s expectations on work scope, deliveries and limitations to ensure ongoing client happiness and account health.
Ensure timelines are being met; client approvals and sign-offs are according to the timeline, avoiding the delay / overrun of work deliveries.
Ongoing client education/re-education to ensure their increased understanding of digital strategies, processes and workflows – as well as the overall Orius Digital Process and Approach.
To work closely with others to execute & drive internal marketing initiatives for the company.
To consistently improve internal systems for higher productivity and efficiency.
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience preferably in an agency environment.
Proficient working knowledge on Google Ads (SEM, GDN & YT), Facebook Ads. Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, Email Automation. Experience on LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads etc, DV360/DCM is a plus.
Understanding DTC brands marketing & eCommerce strategies.
Advanced knowledge and proven experience in planning and executing SEM, Display, YT and Paid Social Campaigns.
Ability to segment audiences and build campaigns to reach customers at various stages of the conversion funnel.
Business acumen with ability to assist business teams with proposals and meeting preparation.
Ability to create reports from multiple sets of data. Mixture of implementation of Analytics and reporting preferred.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Should have high levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation.
Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
Google, Facebook, Twitter or any other tool certifications.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix tracking tags & website analytics issues.
Ability to develop cross channel marketing strategies to improve ROI for clients.
