Senior UI UX Designer

Lead and deliver design projects that demonstrate examples of beautiful, crafted, and meaningful interaction designs done with clarity and precision, solving complicated problems or workflows
Partner with product manager(s), engineers, data scientist(s), and other teams to make strategic decisions to shape the future of the product with design, and relevant data by taking into consideration the potential business impact
Conduct user research to discover product insights, opportunities, and requirements
Be able to leverage research insights to identify important user needs, empathize with users, explore and iterate to define possible solutions to those problems, and validate your designs with users
Design, deliver, and iterate on user flows and user experiences for various products and features, we love solutions that are incredibly simple and elegant
Present your work to peers, business stakeholders, and leadership, async and in-person, in a clear and articulated manner, paired with great story-telling skills

3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer/ UI UX Designer
Able to lead design conversations based on understanding of how design impacts business
Enthusiastic about designing digital products, and working on complex challenges
Great eye for detail
Experience with design and prototyping software (we use Figma!)
Love to solve problems and be challenged
To be a constant learner. You will be always growing – both personally and with the team
The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member
